Safe Music

My boys from Safe Music are always bringing down amazing producers/DJs to spin at the Electric Pickle’s very intimate upstairs room (sometimes Cafeina and also off-shoot WMC parties). Run by buncha music nerds like myself, they’re responsible for having brought down Pearson Sound, which today remains one of my favorite club experiences ever (mind you I’ve gone to Fabric and multiple London warehouse joints… Pearson Sound went in that night) and other people like Ben UFO, James Holden, Joy O and Maya Jane Coles.

Not only do they rule, but also some of my college buddies (CAFETERIA FILMS) from journalism school produced this mini-documentary on them. Very solid, good editing on the video. And Diego says some pretty captivating shit about music and Miami’s relationship to it (its learning curve has gotten smaller and smaller over the years).

Anyway, peep it!
